General Safety Protocol

We ask that anyone who is feeling unwell with cold-like symptoms such as cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath stay home and follow government recommended isolation/quarantine guidelines
All patients, practitioners, Front Crew and instructors will be required to wear a mask
Please be sure to bring your own face mask- it is required for your appointment
Disinfectants being used are Health Canada approved
Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the common areas and in each studio for your use
Practitioners & Patients will be wearing masks at all times while providing patient care
All patients will be assessed and screened for symptoms of COVID-19 as per the requirements of Public Health
Patients will be asked to wash hands when entering the treatment rooms
Extra time between appointments to provide proper disinfecting of the space and treatment rooms
High touch and communal items such as hair tools, lotions and books have been removed until further notice

Patients will wait in their vehicle until 5 minutes prior to their appointment time
Please continue to practice proper physical distancing throughout the common areas and in the studio
When checking in, avoid leaning on the desk and keep space between your and others

COVID19 Screening Questionnaire must be filled out for each patient (done by practitioner)
We will not be accepting cash until further notice. Transactions will be processed from your credit card on file. Please be sure to update your Mindbody account to assist with this!
