Reflexology Stephanie took her Reflexology training at the Canadian Reflexology School in Victoria BC, while working full time in the department of surgery at the hospital. Her main goal was to use this technique on her family, but grew to love it and wanted to share her passion! She uses the unique massage techniques, targeting reflex points in the feet to bring balance back to the body, increase circulation, and promote relaxation. Bliss. Steph has been a part of our team at The Study working as Front Crew, and as an avid student of all of our fitness classes! Her energy is contagious and we are ecstatic for her to be joining our Wellness Team. In her spare time you can find Steph with her family, hiking in Kananaskis, dinning in Banff, going to the Spa with friends, traveling and snuggling her adorable dog Milo. |
