Class Cancellation Policy

When you have reserved your spot in class online, you have up to 8 hours prior to class to cancel. If you do not cancel within the given time frame, a class will be deducted from your pass. For unlimited pass holders, an $18 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.  If a class has 3 people or less, The Study reserves the right to cancel the class with more than 8 hours notice. We appreciate you signing up in advance! 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policy for all appointments is 24 hours. Within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Thank you for understanding. To make any adjustments to your booking, please log into your Momence account.

Waitlist Protocol

If you are on the waitlist, you must intend and plan on coming to class. If your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If added from the waitlist 2 hours or more before class begins, and you do not show up or cancel, you will be considered a late cancel and charged.

Credit Cards On File

Any guest with an Unlimited or Auto Renew pass will be required to leave a credit card on file for renewals and/or late cancel fees.
All information is secure and will only be charged under two circumstances:
Your auto renew payment is due. OR
You have late cancelled from a class.

Aut0 Renew Policies

Credit Cards will be charges one month after your purchase date until otherwise notified. Credit Card processing fees applicable. 
We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel Auto Renew passes. 

Refunds

Passes are non refundable but may be transferred to someone else if you are no longer using them. 

AHS Discount

If you are an AHS employee, you are eligible to receive 10% discount on any punch pass. (5, 10, 20 or 30 Sweats). Discount cannot be combined with any other offer and is not valid for introductory passes or auto-renew passes. 

Student & Senior Discounts

Students: Must present student ID at time of purchase to be eligible.
Seniors: 65+ 
The Student/Senior discount is 10%. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer/sales and is not valid for introductory passes. 

Pass Holds (6 month & One Year members only)

For 6 Month and One Year Unlimited Members, you are eligible to HOLD your pass for up to 2 months. There is a $75/month fee to do so. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate your hold. 

Contract Termination ​(6 month & One Year members only)

If life has changed for you and you are no longer able to continue your contact, please note there is a fee to break your contract. The fee is $100. There will be a price adjustment to reflect the months you did use and you will be charged the difference in price for those months. ie: You were signed up for the 6 month pass but after 3 months need to cancel. You will pay the fee of $100 plus $30 as there is a $10 difference in the Monthly Unlimited pass to your 6 month contract. 

Insurance Policy

Personal information that we collect and disclose about you, and if applicable, your spouse and/or dependents, is used by the insurer and/or plan administrator and their service provider(s) for the purposes of assessing your claims, underwriting, investigating, auditing, and administering the group benefits plan, including the investigation of fraud and/or plan abuse. Authorization and Consent I authorize my healthcare provider to collect, use and disclose personal information concerning any claims submitted on my behalf with the insurer and/or plan administrator and their service provider(s) for the above purposes. I authorize the insurer and / or plan administrator and their service provider(s) to: • Exchange personal information with and individual or organization, including healthcare professionals, investigative agencies, insurers and reinsurers, and administrators of government benefits or other benefits programs when relevant for the above purposes • Exchange personal information concerning any claims submitted with the plan member or a person acting on behalf of plan member • Exchange personal information for the above purposes electronically or in any other manner I understand that personal information may be subject to disclosure to those authorized under applicable law. I agree that a photocopy or electronic version of this authorization shall be as valid as the original and may remain in effect for the continued administration of the group benefits plan. Benefit Assignment I hereby assign benefits payable for the eligible claims to the provider responsible for submitting my claims electronically to the group benefits plan and I authorize the insurer/plan administrator to issue payment directly to the provider. In the event my claim(s) are declined by the insurer/plan administrator, I understand that I remain responsible for payment to the provider for any services rendered and/or supplies provided. I acknowledge and agree that the insurer/plan administrator is under to obligations to accept this assignment, that any benefit payment made in accordance with this assignment with discharge the insurer/plan administrator of its obligations with respect to that benefit payment, and that in the even the benefit payment is made to me, the insurer/plan administrator will also be discharged of its obligation with respect to that benefit payment. I understand that this assignment will apply to all eligible claims submitted electronically by the provider and that I may revoke it at any time providing written notice. If I am a spouse or dependent, I confirm that I am authorized by the plan member to execute and assignment of benefits payments to the provider*
