Cancellation Policy
When you have reserved your spot in class online, you have up to 8 hours prior to class to cancel. If you do not cancel within the given time frame, a class will be deducted from your pass. For unlimited pass holders, an $18 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Waitlist Protocol
If you are on the waitlist, you must intend and plan on coming to class. If your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If added from the waitlist 2 hours or more before class begins, and you do not show up or cancel, you will be considered a late cancel and charged.
Credit Cards On File
Any guest with an Unlimited or Auto Renew pass will be required to leave a credit card on file for renewals and/or late cancel fees.
All information is secure and will only be charged under two circumstances:
Your auto renew payment is due. OR
You have late cancelled from a class.

Six Month Pass Holds
Six Month members are able to place their passes on hold under extreme circumstances for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Aut0 Renew Policies

Pass Transfers
Passes are non-transferable.
