Here are a few small things we can all do to continue to respect our community at The Study.

Shoes & Grip Socks

We ask that all outdoor shoes are taken off at the front door. You probably don’t wear them in your home, and this is our home sweet home, so we would greatly appreciate it! Spin shoes are to be worn in the Spin Room only. This is for your safety as the floors can be very slippery in them! Grip Socks are required for all barre classes. Again, this is for your safety! Available for purchase in studio.

Sweet Sweat & Sweating Sick

We all wish our sweat smelt like roses, but reality is, it just doesn’t. Don’t get us wrong, we love sweat and hope you do too! Be sure to wear clean, dry clothes so The Study is always as fresh as can be! It will make class better for you and your neighbor! As a group fitness facility, we ask that you do not attend class if you are sick. Take some time to recharge and rest.

Early bird gets the worm

We know how busy life is, which is why we are committed to starting and ending every class on time. We ask that you arrive at least five minutes early to class to be set up and ready to go when the clock strikes class time. This is your time, your workout- don’t miss it! As it distracts others and takes away form their experience we do not allow guests to sneak into class after it has begun. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours!

**Your spot in the class will be open to waitlist and drop-ins if you don't check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class starting. (this is industry standard to ensure that both guests and studio are fairly respected)**

It's not over, till it's over

This one is easy! You have dedicated this time to yourself, to come in, sweat and escape- just for an hour. So stay committed to that and please stay in the room for the entire class. We feed off of our neighbors in class and if one person stops, the vibes in the room start to fall. Let’s start together and finish together! We do ask that if you cannot stay for the entire class, that you kindly choose another class on the schedule to attend! Thanks for understanding! ​

Unplug

All electronics should be left in your locker on silent so you and your neighbors can focus and have a kickass workout! This hour is for you- the rest of the world can wait. However, if you are on-call or have a sick child, we would be happy to hold your cell phone at the front desk and come grab you if there is an emergency.

Cancellation Policy

We get it. Life happens and sometimes plans change. We have a 8 hour cancellation policy. This means for up until 8 hours prior to your class, you can cancel out and no one will ever know! However, after that time period you will be considered a late cancel and a class is deducted from your pass. For our Unlimited pass holders, there is an $18 late cancel fee. See you in the studio! 

Park It

We are Bay 13 so please only park where there is a "Bay 13" sign. We appreciate your help to respect the other businesses in our area and leave their parking spaces for them. Street parking is fair game to all!
