Here at The Study, we strive to be a movement through movement.
Our goal is to 
deliver the most fun and innovative fitness classes taught by the best instructors.
​With classes ranging in from cardio to flow, powerful to restorative, there truly is something for everybody and every body.

O U R  C L A S S E S


Spin

Each indoor cycling class is 50 minutes of a somewhat wild experience for your mind, body and soul. We climb, we jog, we sprint, we dance, we set our intention, and we break through boundaries, all set to incredible music! 

Spin & Core

Get the best of both worlds with our Spin & Core class! We spend the first half of the class in the spin room, for that sweat-pouring, blissed out cardio class and the second half, you will transition to the movement studio for a core series to challenge the body from head to toe.

Barre

In this class you will strengthen and tone the entire body. We challenge ourselves with each class as we work through an arm series, hit the barre for some muscle specific exercises, have a couple short cardio burst (low impact options available!) and then hit the floor for some core and stretch. You work muscles you never knew you had. So come join us and we will see you at Barre! Grip socks needed.

Strong & Stretch

This mat class is done using your body (and a set of light weights to spice things up), a vibey-room and a beat you can’t resist! We will challenge the body and inspire the mind through repetitive movements to each song and interval training to feel STRONG. There is nothing quite feeling the strength of our bodies build through each track. Finished with a deep stretch to restore those muscles we worked so hard. A class created for all.  Runners, grip socks or bare feet.

Mat To Meditation

This mat class is done using your body (and a set of light weights to spice things up), a vibey-room and a beat you can’t resist! Low impact movement will challenge the body through repetitive movements to each song. Finishing off class with a short guided meditation to take you into the rest of your day, week, month & year. Truly a class for the mind & body. Runners, grip socks or bare feet.

Strong & Sculpt

This mat class is done using your body (and a set of light weights to spice things up), a vibey-room and a beat you can’t resist! We will challenge the body and inspire the mind through repetitive movements to each song and interval training to feel STRONG. There is nothing quite feeling the strength of our bodies build through each track. With a focus on toning and defining those gorgeous muscles of yours. A class created for all. Runners, grip socks or bare feet.

Flow

Flowing with the breath, moving to create internal heat throughout this Vinyasa style Yoga class. Each Flow class is sequenced a little different than the last. The postures are meant to strengthen your body from the inside-out.

Flow N Yin

The perfect balance of our bread and butter Flow Yoga to start, followed by a meaningful yin practice. Get a nice blend of two great classes. 

Power Flow

Flowing with the breath, moving to create internal heat- and a lot of it. Each Flow Yoga class is sequenced a little different than the last. The postures, meant to strengthen your body from the inside-out. We ramp it up a little more in this class to get that sweat moving. All levels welcome. 

Yin

A gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. This slower practice allows the body's tissue and muscles to release creating more openness in the body and mind. The perfect compliment to the muscle strengthening done in our other offerings.

Circuit

This full body class alternates between several exercises with minimal rest. We target multiple muscle groups for maximum efficiency. Get ready for a head to toe challenge! Runners are encouraged.
