Carla | Personal Trainer

Carla’s love for fitness and wellness started with her passion for yoga and dance at a young age. The rest is history!

She completed her 250hr yoga teacher training and 50hr Ashtanga training in 2014 followed by a 25hr pre & post natal certification. The following year, deciding to combine her love for dance and movement, she became a certified barre instructor.  
With a never ending drive to learn more and reach more people she decided to become a certified personal trainer.
 
Carla enjoys combining all of these fitness components to achieve overall health and wellness.

​She loves empowering individuals by providing them with the tools and support to accomplish their goals. By keeping her clients motivated and engaged through consistent support and challenging workouts, Carla’s passion lies in helping her clients achieve sustainable results for a healthier lifestyle for the future.

Stephanie | Personal Trainer

With Steph's background of personal training, yoga teacher training, and a certification in sports and exercise nutrition, it's fair to say that she is very passionate about health and wellness. Steph always been so amazed by what the human body is capable of, and what the human body is meant to do in order to stay healthy both physically and mentally. Our bodies are meant to move, and through functional training, flexibility and a well rounded diet, and each and everyone of us is capable of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Steph also believes that the style of training is very important. She trains her clients in a functional way so that their bodies can be supported and prepared for any and all adventures that they may be seeking.  We live in such a beautiful location and being able to hike, bike, rock climb, walk, ski, repel, swim, etc is a privilege we have right in our backyard. She is excited to help our community feel strong and capable in their bodies, and feel empowered to seek out and accomplish new and exciting physical and mental goals.

​Steph also has One-On-One Yoga Training available in her schedule!

Movement dedicated to your body, for your goals! Carla will work with you to create a program that accommodates your current fitness level and ability, all the while pushing you towards your goal. Here at The Study, it’s not only about the workout.  It’s about the community. We go through our movement to support each other to push a little harder and a little further than yesterday. Carla will be there to help you reach limits you never thought possible.

Much like our lives, relationships and fashion trends, our classes are constantly evolving to keep you on your toes. Carla is committed to giving you a killer workout, but this doesn’t stop at your muscles. This means both body and mind and the connection between them.

Two On One.

You have the option of moving One-On-One with Carla, or bringing a friend to share your session! If you are bringing someone else, your fitness levels and goals must be similar to make the most of your time. Questions? For your #OOTD we suggest wearing tight pants, crops or shorts with a light, breathable top. Things get sweaty in here so you will want to be prepared for that! ​Clean indoor runners for your feet!
