CarlaCarla’s love for fitness and wellness started with her passion for yoga and dance at a young age. The rest is history!
She completed her 250hr yoga teacher training and 50hr Ashtanga training in 2014 followed by a 25hr pre & post natal certification. The following year, deciding to combine her love for dance and movement, she became a certified barre instructor. With a never ending drive to learn more and reach more people she decided to become a certified personal trainer. Carla enjoys combining all of these fitness components to achieve overall health and wellness. She loves empowering individuals by providing them with the tools and support to accomplish their goals. By keeping her clients motivated and engaged through consistent support and challenging workouts, Carla’s passion lies in helping her clients achieve sustainable results for a healthier lifestyle for the future. |
BrooklynHey, I'm Brooklyn! I'm a Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist and Reformer Pilates instructor here at The Study. You can also find me in the massage room as a Registered Massage Therapist and the Wellness Director at The Study.
I’ve been in the movement and fitness world since I was 17 and I love being able to help people find and get back to living and active life! Whether you’d like to start working out for the first time, level up your fitness, stay mobile to decrease chronic pain, or get back to your favorite activity after injury I am here to help! This has been my passion for as long as I can remember and It lights me up to see how being active can change peoples lives. I love staying active in lots of different ways; walking my dogs, rock climbing, paddleboarding, snowboarding and I'm always down to try a new activity! My favorite ways to keep mobile and strong to do all the activities I love is a combination of low impact strength training, pilates and yoga. And I want to help you find the combination and training styles that work best for you. |

Hi I'm Kelly, joining The Study as a Personal Trainer.
You may have seen me working out alongside some of you awesome folk at The Study. Well, now I want to help push and motivate you by working WITH you. Having been a stay at home Mum for the past 8 years (to two incredible children) I feel its now time to prioritize time for myself, and by doing something that I have been passionate about for a long time, I can now help you do the same. I love to motivate and drive my friends at the gym, and they thank me for it after Ha! My little family is my world as well as seeking the next adventure weather it’s in our backyard, parks, or the mountains, creating memories is everything. I want to help you change your lives in the simplest and most realistic ways possible. So lets talk, plan and take action! Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood. |

For your #OOTD we suggest wearing tight pants, crops or shorts with a light, breathable top. Things get sweaty in here so you will want to be prepared for that! Clean indoor runners for your feet!
