You have the option of moving One-On-One with Carla, or bringing a friend to share your session! If you are bringing someone else, your fitness levels and goals must be similar to make the most of your time. Questions? For your #OOTD we suggest wearing tight pants, crops or shorts with a light, breathable top. Things get sweaty in here so you will want to be prepared for that! Clean indoor runners for your feet!
