SpinEach indoor cycling class is 50 minutes of a somewhat wild experience for your mind, body and soul. We climb, we jog, we sprint, we dance, we set our intention, and we break through boundaries, all set to incredible music!

Spin & CoreGet the best of both worlds with our Spin & Core class! We spend the first half of the class in the spin room, for that sweat-pouring, blissed out cardio class and the second half, you will transition to the movement studio for a core series to challenge the body from head to toe.

BarreIn this class you will strengthen and tone the entire body. We challenge ourselves with each class as we work through an arm series, hit the barre for some muscle specific exercises, have a couple short cardio burst (low impact options available!) and then hit the floor for some core and stretch. You work muscles you never knew you had. So come join us and we will see you at Barre! Grip socks needed.

The MAT ClassWe have taken everything you love about Mat work (bodyweight exercises done on your yoga mat) and put it into this ever evolving class! Each class will be slightly different with higher intensity, lower intensity, booty work, core work and everything in between. Your entire 40 minutes will be on your mat using your own body weight (and a set of light weights to spice things up), a vibey-room and a beat you can’t resist! We will challenge the body and inspire the mind through repetitive movements and interval training to feel STRONG. Runners or bare-feet.

Power FlowFlowing with the breath, moving to create internal heat throughout this Vinyasa style Yoga class. Each Flow class is sequenced a little different than the last. The postures are meant to strengthen your body from the inside-out.

Flow N YinThe perfect balance of our bread and butter Flow Yoga to start, followed by a meaningful yin practice. Get a nice blend of two great classes.

Slow FlowSlow down with movement. Sometimes that's all we need. Flowing with the breath and moving to create internal heat with intentional movement. Each Slow Flow Yoga class is sequenced a little different than the last. The postures, meant to strengthen your body from the inside-out, while giving space to rest and relax. All levels welcome.

YinA gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. This slower practice allows the body's tissue and muscles to release creating more openness in the body and mind. The perfect compliment to the muscle strengthening done in our other offerings.

CircuitThis full body class alternates between several exercises with minimal rest. We target multiple muscle groups for maximum efficiency. Get ready for a head to toe challenge! Runners are encouraged.

Femme FlowA class for all women during any stage of womanhood. A class to move mindfully as you connect with your breath and your body as you flow through a nourishing flow & into a guided meditation to close. Daughters, mothers, pregnant mamas, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, friends ~ all woman are invited to join us!

Pilates, Pilates Stretch & Pilates FlowOur Pilates classes are a full body workout, creating long, lean, strong muscles. These classes are performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body's own resistance — and sometimes small props, such as resistance bands, balls or weights. Pilates Stretch adds a longer element of stretching towards the end while Pilates Flow incorporates more upbeat yoga flow into the class.
