BarreIn this class you will strengthen and tone the entire body. We challenge ourselves with each class as we work through an arm series, hit the barre for some muscle specific exercises, have a couple short cardio burst (low impact options available!) and then hit the floor for some core and stretch. You work muscles you never knew you had. So come join us and we will see you at Barre! Grip socks needed.

CircuitThis full body class alternates between several exercises with minimal rest. We target multiple muscle groups for maximum efficiency. Get ready for a head to toe challenge! Sneakers are encouraged.

Spin & CoreGet the best of both worlds with our Spin & Core class! We spend the first half of the class in the spin room, for that sweat-pouring, blissed out cardio class and the second half, you will transition to the movement studio for a core series to challenge the body from head to toe.

Mat PilatesOur Pilates classes are a full body workout, creating long, lean, strong muscles. These classes are performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body's own resistance — and sometimes small props, such as resistance bands, balls or weights.

YinA gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. This slower practice allows the body's tissue and muscles to release creating more openness in the body and mind. The perfect compliment to the muscle strengthening done in our other offerings.
