Prenatal Acupressure & Yoga Series
Expecting mamas are invited to join Britt of Mama Bear Yoga for this 4 week series with a focus on acupressure, breathing techniques, yoga & meditation for pregnancy and labour. Each week you will learn how to activate various acupressure points to help with things such as nausea, round ligament discomfort, fear and anxiety and labour. Each class you will build on the connection with your breath and the divine feminine wisdom within you through the practice of yoga & guided meditation. This series is for the mama looking to feel empowered and connected during her pregnancy and birth. Women in every trimester are invited. |
