Arrive early |
Try to arrive to The Study 15 minutes before your class. This will give you ample time to fill out our waiver, take a tour, ask questions and get your mat set up in the Studio.

Hydrate! |
Make sure you hydrate before you arrive and remember to bring a water bottle for throughout your sweaty endeavor - If you do forget though, we’ve got you covered. Hydrating allows your body to function properly so it’s the first step to having a great class!

Ask questions
|
We are here to help! If something doesn’t feel right you are not sure if you are doing it right, ask us! Also if you are looking for any additional information on the types of yoga or on yoga philosophy - feel free to reach out to any instructor. We promise they have a wealth of knowledge and will be able to point you in the right direction.

Outfit of the Day
|
For your #OOTD we suggest wearing sweat wicking yoga clothes! For non-heated classes we suggest crops or long pants and a breathable top. For heated classes we suggest light crops or shorts with a light top. Warning: things will get sweaty!

Come Prepared
|
Bring a mat and a towel. If you don't have either - feel free to rent them from our lovely front desk staff. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, so eat a light snack about an hour or two before class. Big meals are not recommend - you'll thank us for this tip!

Grow!
|
Practicing 2-3 times per is a good place to start. Many yogis practice 4-5 times per week or more. Try as many of the different styles of yoga that we offer, and mix it up during the week to get the full benefits from the practice.
