Here at The Study, it’s not only about the workout. It’s about the community. We go through our classes as a team and support each other to push a little harder and a little further than yesterday. We use our peers to reach limits we never thought possible. There is something magical about a group of people moving to the beat and sweating as one. Don’t worry - we think sweating is sexy!

Much like our lives, relationships and fashion trends, our classes are constantly evolving to keep you on your toes. We are committed to giving you a killer workout, but this doesn’t stop at your muscles. This means both body and mind and the connection between them. Using the music to guide us, we are carried by the beat and forget about the hard work our bodies are doing!

You Do You. |
Through our Movement class, we encourage you to get lost in the beat, and take the class to your own limit. We use the energy of the others in the room, but move with intention in a way that works with our own bodies. Slow, fast, low intensity, high intensity- it's all fair game. With the lights down low, the music up, we can all get lost, by moving together.

Outfit Of The Day |
For your #OOTD we suggest wearing tight pants or crops with a light, breathable top. Things get sweaty in here so you will want to be prepared for that! Clean indoor runners, bare feet or Barre socks for your feet! Whatever makes you the most comfortable!
