Medical Exercise
Medical Exercise sessions allow clients to be supported in their health and fitness goals while they recover, rehab and/or navigate one of more injuries, physical limitations, or chronic conditions. We focus on your goals and build upon each session whether that is to allow you to get back to a sport/activity, or to be able to get back to daily living activates without pain. With corrective and therapeutic exercises during the sessions and homecare activities to do at your own pace we can facilitate lasting physical changes.
Your Initial Assessment includes:
- A health history interview
- An in-depth discussion on your conditions, injuries, limitations and/or concerns
- A functional assessment to find and evaluate the specific muscles, soft tissues and joints effected
- A program designed specifically for your body and your physical goals
