This class is here to give you that sweaty, blissed-out feeling, designed in a safe manner for what you and your body can handle after childbirth, with your babe tucked in their carriers. Please note, carriers are not provided.
We know when there is one, there are many! So we want to give you the opportunity to bring your other little ones to class with you to participate where they can and engage with other tots! Childcare is not provided, however all toddlers will be in class with you so you can keep one eye on them and one on your workout!
