Do I have to sign in online? |
No. Although we definitely encourage you to sign-up and create your account online (this saves you time in the studio), it is not necessary to sign-in online. All spots are available for online sign in, so if it fills up online there may be no room. Long story short- always best to sign up online!

If I create an account online, do I still need to sign in at the studio? |
Yes please! If it is your first time at the studio, we still need to you to sign the waiver form when you arrive. If you've signed in online for a class, we still need to you to check in at the front desk so we know you've arrived.

Is it important to be on time? |
You bet. All of our classes are based on a set schedule which includes a warm up, get sweaty and cool down. Each of these elements is fundamental to an entire workout and helps to prevent injury. Sneaking in late can sometimes be disruptive and distracting to the other students. So if you're not on time, you'll have to catch the next class! Try to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
|
Where should I park? |
There is a main parking lot, just in front of The Study which is open to all public parking. We are Bay 13 so please only park where there is a "Bay 13" sign. We appreciate your help to respect the other businesses in our area and leave their parking spaces for them. Street parking is fair game to all!

Can I leave a class early? |
We discourage you from leaving before classes are finished because you will miss out on the benefits of a proper cool down (or Savasana) and may risk injury. Leaving early can also be disruptive to the class. If you at any time feel fatigued or dizzy - please let your teacher know. And, if you know you must leave early, speak with your instructor at the beginning of class. We can work something out!
