Join us for flow with twist, emphasizing on our core! From more static alignment and postures to transferring and producing force during dynamic exercises, a strong, smart and healthy core is critical in creating stability for the spine. Class will start with ensuring proper alignment and awakening of the muscles in all three planes of movement of the core then build and progress upon this knowledge in a flow style class.
A gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. This slower practice allows the body's tissue and muscles to release creating more openness in the body and mind.

Join us for a soft, gentle flow class helping to wind down, quiet the mind and restore our hard working bodies. This is a slower paced class focusing on slightly longer holds, breath and stillness. All levels welcome.
