Why We Ride

Each class is 50 minutes of a somewhat wild experience for your mind, body and soul. Along with a sweaty cardio workout, we tone everything from head to toe with weights, and movements on the bike, all set to incredible music. The trifecta.

We ride together as a community. We peddle together, and move as a team, for the entire 50 minutes.

Here at The Study, it’s not only about the workout.  It’s about the community. We go through our classes as a team and support each other to push a little harder and a little further than yesterday. We use our peers to reach limits we never thought possible. There is something magical about a group of people moving to the beat and sweating as one. Don’t worry - we think sweating is sexy! 

Huffin' and Puffin'

Through our spin classes we are constantly upping the game on our cardio. We never get stagnant, we never slow down and we sure as hell never give up. This is where we learn how to reach the next level. We promise after including spin in your weekly routines, your heart will love you. No questions.

Much like our lives, relationships and fashion trends, our classes are constantly evolving to keep you on your toes. We are committed to giving you a killer workout, but this doesn’t stop at your muscles. This means both body and mind and the connection between them. Using the music to guide us, we are carried by the beat and forget about the hard work our bodies are doing! 

Calorie Scorcher 

We don't like to put a number to this one because they're are so many factors. But rumour has it the average person can burn between 650-850 calories every class. Even if thats a rumour - we think its one worth testing!

Hard on the Muscle, Kind on the Joints 

One huge benefit to spin is the low impact on hips, knees and all joints for that matter! Spin is in a constant movement with no jolting or heavy pressure so we can eliminate any discomfort. Injuries? No worries, spin is a great option from anyone recovering from knee pain, back pain or anything in between! No more excuses (wink, wink)!
