This 4-week series blends gentle movement, restorative postures, and pelvic floor awareness to support you through the shifts of pregnancy. Each class is designed to help you feel more at home in your body while creating space for rest. You’ll also be held in community, connecting with other soon-to-be moms along the way.
We’ll close with an extended savasana and grounding head massage so you leave feeling nourished and deeply restored.
