​We offer Private sessions to allow you to work on-on-one with our incredible instructors. This is a great option for those with specific goals, injuries, training requirements, rehab or for pre/post natal.

Semi-Private classes allows you and a friend (or two!) to book a class together!

Group classes are booked on a first come, first serve basis and class booking will open up 1 week ahead of class. All group classes will be open to all levels, with modifications available, depending on your fitness level. ​

Outfit Of The Day
For your #OOTD we suggest wearing tight pants, crops or shorts with a light, breathable top. Things get sweaty in here so you will want to be prepared for that! ​Grip socks are mandatory to avoid injury and slipping.
