Cancellation Policy

When you have reserved your spot in class online, you have up to 8 hours prior to class to cancel. If you do not cancel within the given time frame, a class will be deducted from your pass. For unlimited pass holders, an $18 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. Charges will be processed each week. 

Waitlist Protocol

If you are on the waitlist, you must intend and plan on coming to class. If your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. If added from the waitlist 2 hours or more before class begins, and you do not show up or cancel, you will be considered a late cancel and charged.

Passes are non refundable, but are transferable. Sweat Passes expire 1 year after first use.
