Join Brittany in this 50-hour Mat Pilates training. Spread over 3 weekends, this comprehensive training will take your practice to new depths and set you on the path to teach, if you so choose.  

What is included:
  • A Certificate of Completion for 50 hours of Mat Pilates Teacher Training

  • A blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on Mat Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates

The Modules:
  • Module 1: History of Pilates and Pilates Principles
  • Module 2: Ethics, Learning Styles and Musicality 
  • Module 3: Anatomy and Class Planning 
  • Module 4: Classical Mat Pilates Exercises (Core)
  • Module 5: Classical Mat Pilates Exercises (Back)
  • Module 6: Classical Mat Pilates Exercises (Arms & Legs)
