New to Kundalini Yoga? This is a great opportunity to learn more! Kundalini Yoga is a balance of a spiritual and physical practice. Incorporating movement, dynamic breathe, meditation and chanting.
We will close the workshop with a relaxing sound bath. Listening to the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments that will accompany you into savasana, guiding you into a deeper state of inner-peace.
No experience necessary, beginners are more than welcome!
