Ashley offers EMDR, NeuroAffective Touch®, and counselling/psychotherapy sessions to help clients navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health. Her work integrates nervous system support, relational safety, and learning on the spot coping tools - because healing happens when we feel safe enough to feel. Sessions with Ashley may be covered under Registered Psychotherapy or Certified Counsellor and can include: |
Counselling/PsychotherapyTalk Therapy
Talk therapy creates space to explore your inner world. your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and life transitions. Grounded in presence and relational depth, these sessions can support you in making meaning, gaining insight, and cultivating emotional resilience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, boundaries, or identity work, this is a place to be met with care and curiosity. |
EMDREye Movement Desensitization
and Reprocessing EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that helps you process and re-pattern distressing memories, beliefs, or sensations. Using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), EMDR works with your brain’s natural healing process to reduce the emotional charge of past experiences. This approach is often helpful if you feel stuck in old patterns, are navigating PTSD, or want to work through specific memories that still feel activated. |
NeuroAffective Touch®NeuroAffective Touch is a somatic and relational therapy that supports deep healing through attuned, therapeutic touch. This modality works especially well when words aren’t enough, supporting early developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system regulation. In sessions, touch is always consensual, slow, and intentional, offering your body a chance to experience safety, connection, and co-regulation.
