Stillness & Surrender | A Breathwork & Supportive Touch Experience
Join Psychotherapist and Yoga & Breathwork Facilitator, Ashley Brodeur for a 75 minute immersive experience, thoughtfully designed to support mental, emotional, and physical release. Through intentional music, guided breathwork, supportive-touch, restorative movement, and an extended savasana cocooned in premium props, you'll be invited to fully let go. We’ll begin with gentle restorative postures to help your body settle and ground. From there, you’ll transition into an active three-part breathwork journey, inspired by holotropic breath. This breathwork is done through the mouth and gradually increases in intensity. It’s normal to encounter physical, mental, or emotional sensations during this process. A guided moment of release will follow, an invitation to sigh audibly, let out a scream, or shake off any residual tension. Breathwork can be a powerful tool for processing emotions, increasing energy, and gaining mental clarity. This class is paired with music that is intentionally curated to support and enhance your experience. The music will increase in volume to give room for more audible releases.
