Shortly after, I began teaching Barre and in 2021 became a personal trainer. I like to use my background&nbsp;in each modality to create unique plans for every individual.</font><br /><br /><strong><font color="#2a2a2a">What got you into fitness?</font></strong><br /><font color="#2a2a2a">I have been dancing since I was 3 years old, and that craving for movement has never left me. After I stopped dancing&nbsp;I really struggled to find my identity and find a way to move that felt just as rewarding. Enter yoga and barre. To say that Yoga and Barre&nbsp;changed&nbsp;my life would be an understatement. It was my gateway into the&nbsp; fitness industry, an industry that has now become my&nbsp;full time&nbsp;job.&nbsp;</font><br /><br /><strong><font color="#2a2a2a">What is your favourite type of training?</font></strong><br /><font color="#2a2a2a">I love circuit training. There is something for everyone and it easily adapts to the needs of every client.</font><br /><br /><strong><font color="#2a2a2a">What is your favourite way to stay active?</font></strong><br /><font color="#2a2a2a">Yoga will always remain my 1 true love &lt;3 But if I'm not on my mat you can find me in the studio with the music up reliving my ballet days&nbsp;at the barre.</font><br /><br /><br /><strong><font color="#2a2a2a">Brooklyn</font></strong><br /><strong><font color="#2a2a2a">How long have you been in the fitness industry?</font></strong><br /><span><font color="#2a2a2a">I started teaching fitness classes originally when I was 17, since then I&rsquo;ve taken a break to pursue my other degree and certifications (health sciences, medical exercise etc.) I started personal training just 2 years ago, but I find my background in sports, massage and rehabilitation extremely useful when creating training programs for anyone with past injuries, health conditions and unique athletic goals.</font></span><br /><br /><font color="#2a2a2a"><strong>What got you into fitness?</strong></font><br /><span><font color="#2a2a2a">I&rsquo;ve always had a sport to play, mainly soccer, rugby and even belly dance. I find my massage therapy career has been a big factor in wanting to find more ways to help people stay moving and pain free.</font></span><br /><br /><font color="#2a2a2a"><strong>What is your favourite type of training?</strong></font><br /><span><font color="#2a2a2a">I really love helping people who are working through injuries, conditions and/or pain find their movement again. I&rsquo;ve had some major injuries before, and I always feel like a piece of me is missing when I can&rsquo;t stay mobile and active.
