SUP Yoga

Join us for a playful Flow class on Stand Up Paddle Boards on select Tuesday evenings, in collaboration with the local SUP rental company Ghostek North Ltd. 

Class will be 2 hours which allows you to get a feel for the board, do your Flow practice and then some freestyle time at the end! No experience needed. 

Come and try something fun and new out in the sunshine this summer! Meet at Ghost Lake.
